Our Company thesis has always been and shall always remain; WE ONLY DISSAPPOINT OUR COMPETITORS. 1.General 1.1 Our Company provides top quality branded goods at the lowest possible prices in the United Kingdom. 1.2 Our Company does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products prior to purchase. 1.3 Our Company aims to provide a service second to none and execute all deliveries with expediency. 1.4 The following terms and conditions apply to the respective sales transaction. The placement of an order constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2.Placing an order & stock availability 2.1. All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock wherever possible. If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you within two working days of your order being placed. We shall advise you of the likely time scale of any delay, but you are of course at liberty to cancel your order. 2.2. Orders for any of our products can be placed via our Secure Online Server, by telephoning our Sales Department or by completion of a manual application form, which can be faxed or posted back to us.
2.3. All required fields and sections of our order forms must be completed with the correct information.
2.4. We aim to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within two working days.
2.5. All orders are checked by our Order Verifying Team for the security of both yourself and us. Our Order Verifying Team may request proof of address and/or proof of identification from you before your order can be processed. If this is the case we will contact you giving you full details of what is required.
2.6. If you are paying for your order by credit or debit card we may carry out checks or "authorisations" with the card issuer for security reasons. If any problems occur with the authorisation of your credit or debit card we will contact you with further details. 3. Telephone Orders 3.1. We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders. However manufacturers and their distributors will from time to time change specifications and/or offers.
3.2. Having read our terms and conditions we recommend that you check the appropriate manufacturers terms & conditions, where applicable, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with these.
3.3. As we are a High Street retailer as well as an internet based Mail Order Company we endeavour to give as much accurate information as possible, Similarly we cannot be held responsible for any claim of inaccurate information given during a telephone conversation/order. 4. Website Accuracy 4.1. Our Website Production & Design team work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible and in order to achieve this our website is updated on most days.
4.2. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as product specifications, features, accessories and special offers and promotions which may change without prior notice, before or after you have placed your order with us.
4.3. Products, prices, offers and promotions are valid only for the period they are displayed on our website (unless otherwise stated) - all of which are subject to availability. If any of these should change to your determent or become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
4.4. Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice. 5. Complaints 5.1. If you have cause for complaint regarding any service or product provided by OneStopCarAudio, please email full details for the attention of the Duty Manager to [email protected] 5.2. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within two working days and aim to resolve any problems as soon as we can after receiving details of a complaint. 6. Inner City Charges 6.1 Government legislations concerning congestion have resulted in cities now charging a fee to enter. With more cities due to follow soon, we have had to take the step in passing the cost on to the end user.
6.2 If you live within one of the charge zones, you may have to pay an additional cost. This cost will be inline with the current charges for that zone and in many cases will be considerably lower. The same will be required for deliveries, collections and/or engineer call outs. Please phone for more details. 7.Shortages And Damaged Items. 7.1 OneStopCarAudio does not accept any liability for shortages and damages to supplied or delivered goods unless the customer notifies OneStopCarAudio by telephone or in person, of the shortages or damages within 24 hours of receipt. In any case written notification must follow within 72 hours, in order to process a claim with the manufacturer or delivery company. It is imperative that all of the original packaging is kept safe, to allow our carriers/quality control team to inspect the same. Please note failure to do so may null and void any claim. 7.2 In the case of mail order/Internet sales "Delivery" is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the customer's nominated address, where upon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage shall pass to the customer. 7.3.OneStopCarAudio cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses, costs or damages involved with shortages and damages to items however, OneStopCarAudio shall endeavour to resolve any problem with expediency. 8.Return Of Faulty Goods Under Warranty 8.1 OneStopCarAudio is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities: 8.2 The warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer; this includes connection cables and looms. 8.3 Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods supplied or delivered to UK mainland addresses carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. 8.4 Prior to taking any action we would ask you to mail at [email protected]. We may be able to resolve the problem through mail or at the very least advise on the appropriate action to take. 8.5 Please ensure the RA number is written clearly on the outside on the packaging, to ensure expedience on dealing with your product. There may be occasions due to the nature of the fault when it could be necessary to return the product to the original manufacturer, if so this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time. Alternatively the goods may be taken to any local dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question. 8.6 On receipt of the returned product we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are found to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be no charge for rectification and in the case of mail order customers OneStopCarAudio will pay for the return of the goods. If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order and without defect we will return the product to you, the carriage cost of which will be your responsibility and require settlement prior to return. 8.7 Customers returning goods to our In-store returns departments should bring with them proof of purchase. Mail order customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the goods to us. The following may be helpful: a) Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. b) Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase and also a full description of the fault. Please supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken to safeguard the value of the returned product. OneStopCarAudio cannot accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods and to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured. 9. Refunds 9.1 Purchases made from our stores are not sold on a "Trial basis". Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of products prior to purchasing. In the event that OneStopCarAudio, at its discretion, may agree to accept the goods back the following conditions will apply: a) The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition. b) The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase. c) If points a) and b) are met then a handling fee of 25% will be deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without a handling fee. 10. Prices 10.1 Goods and services, together with vat, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order. OneStopCarAudio reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time. 11.
